758981 sent print copy to bookstore with errors in the coursepack. Open 260322 XAN__LFROLICK Notes: It seems when this coursepack was printed to be shipped to GGU Bookstore a font print processing error was not caught. So (as far as we know) 1/2 of Section 1 shows the majority of little blocks in the place of words and fonts.

The ASM and AE are fully aware of the situation, and are currently working with the bookstore and the production department to come to a speedy resolution.

The digital portion of this coursepack is fully readable, but as it is also 816 pages¿it's a little too long to sit at the computer the entire time. But they are able to read it.

Request was originally ok'd to return for credit for 1 copies at full credit for pack ID 250529 due to damage per Kevin Woodman. Store however returned a totally different pack than what was on the CB or what was requested... They returned 1 copies of CPID 243827 but they were only were issued a credit that follows normal tax binder returns. RXE00000000615 for 7.72. Credit was applied to CHB91353236.
