St Josephs used to have all the orders go through specialty books in OH. They then changed vendors to EdMap also in Oh. When an order was keyed into the system the account EdMap was included as the contact but the address that went with it was for specialty books. So the order went out to specialty books. Because the system stores any address as a drop down option the next time an order is placed someone saw "EdMap" and picked it as the ship to and bill to since it was stored in the system. It has since been removed but the problems have seemed to continue for months on this. All packs need to go to Jenny Wooten at Ed Map and not Shaun Morgan at specialty books.
